Craft Banner Play

I realize it's premature to put together a banner when I don't even have the crafts to go with it yet, but this is manic ol' me---when I get an idea into my head I have to run with it. Anyway, consider it practice, since I haven't done much with web banners before. I'm looking for suggestions and tips for improvement, if you don't mind!
